Erica Pugh and Crystal Ferrara set up for the very first Free Spirit Collaborative Art Show held on May 25th, 2018.
Free Spirit Collaborative was one of four exhibitors who participated in the monthly art show hosted by The Artinspired Center located in Port Warwick, Newport News, Virginia.
The creative startup’s display included several 8×10 framed photos of nature and local events, handmade hula hoops, and mixed-media wall art. All pieces were for sale ranging from $15 to $25. Each was adorned with a brown-paper tag hung by twine and stamped with the Free Spirit “bird and cage” logo. The name of the art piece was handwritten below, and their unique, custom-designed business card was nicely attached to the back.
Crystal Ferrara spoke to the crowd about the various creative products and services the company has to offer, including hula hoop classes, room design, wellness workshops, and digital design services.
Erica gave a hula hoop dance demo after a request from one of the art show participants. The crowd watched in awe!
